Absolutely MAGNIFICENT! Every point and joke about GP - utter perfection! Also, THANK YOU for reminding us that we all thought the 2012 Olympics were going to be awful. I remember getting regular TFL emails more or less saying 'whatever you do, STAY INDOORS' like a sort of rehearsal lockdown. (There's a conspiracy theory in there somewhere if I can be bothered to work it out...)
Haha thank you. My main memory of the Olympics preamble is everything going wrong, and how they just decided to paint one lane of every major road with Olympic rings and claim it was a 'priority lane' and screw everyone else. And the really crap signage on the Tube.
An American lawyer pal explained to me that you have to countersue for $1 so that you can make the other party pay the legal fees. Which is much less fun but makes so much more sense - I'd imagine her lawyers cost squillions.
